With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, CME Online is subject to the regulatory and enforcement powers of the US Federal Trade Commission.
Pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, EU and Swiss individuals have the right to obtain our confirmation of whether we maintain personal information relating to you in the United States. Upon request, we will provide you with access to the personal information that we hold about you. You may also correct, amend, or delete the personal information we hold about you. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data transferred to the United States under Privacy Shield, should direct their query to firstname.lastname@example.org. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We will provide an individual opt-out choice, or opt-in for sensitive data, before we share your data with third parties other than our agents, or before we use it for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
CME Online's accountability for personal data that it receives in the United States under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, CME Online remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless CME Online proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

How You Can Access or Change Your Personal Data
CME Online understands that you may want to change or access your Personal Data. To change your Personal Data, sign in and go to your "My account" page. You may submit requests to change or remove Personal Data by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would prefer not to receive notices of special savings or promotions from CME Online, you may simply opt-out from receiving them by accessing the "unsubscribe" link included within any email and/or contacting CME Online administrators at email@example.com. Please note that, even if you opt out of promotional emails, we may still send you service-related communications.
Tell a Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our Application or Site, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Application or Site and may send up to three follow up emails. CME Online stores this information for the purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that we remove this information from our database.
You may be asked to consent to the Application's collection of location information. If we collect your location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all of our mobile applications from your device.
Protecting Your Personal Data
As part of our efforts to prevent unauthorized access to Personal Data, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of information, we will employ reasonable and current Internet security methods and technologies. However, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers, nor can we guarantee that your Personal Data will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet.
A Special Note about Children
We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits Personal Data to CME Online and we learn that the information is of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
