Andrew Haskell, MD

Andrew Haskell, MD is past Chair of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation and is a Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He has numerous publication and speaking credits including Editor of the renown text book Coughlin and Mann’s Surgery of the Foot and Ankle, 10th edition, published in 2023. His professional interests include measuring and improving quality through patient reported outcomes; ankle and hindfoot replacement, reconstruction, and fusion; osteochondral lesion and cartilage restoration; and Ilizarov and hexapod frame deformity correction. He has also founded a successful orthopedics technology company, developing working products, intellectual property rights, achieving FDA approval and clinical integration.
